So, what is the Fjord Farm?
The Fjord Farm is a little oasis in Flåm where we’re trying to create something special. What was once an operational farm is finding a new purpose as a place to enjoy good food, slow down and take in the beautiful surroundings.
We opened in May 2025, and we’re building this place brick by brick, putting love into the little details. We want the Fjord Farm to be more than just a restaurant. It’s a place to enjoy a good meal with a view, wander through the apple orchard, say hello to the chickens roaming freely, or watch our sheep doing their important job of keeping the grass nice and tidy. We care about the atmosphere and that feeling of hverdagskos*.
Food is the heart of what we do. We’re passionate about local ingredients, the flavours of the region and the stories behind them. Whether you join us for our Taste of the Fjord experience, sit down for dinner or simply pop in for lunch and coffee, we hope you’ll find something to enjoy.
The farm is open to everyone, even if you’re just stopping by for a stroll. There’s no entrance fee, and we’d love to keep it that way. Every coffee helps us look after this little place and make it even better.
We’re still a work in progress, and that’s part of the fun. Come by, meet us, enjoy the view and make yourself at home. We’re happy you’re here. ❤️
