In 2026, we are opening our new restaurant at the Fjord Farm. Our à la carte menu is rooted in Norwegian traditions and built around ingredients from the fjord, the orchard, and nearby farms. It’s a place to slow down, enjoy meaningful flavors, and experience the essence of the region through food.
