Set in our beautifully restored barn overlooking the fjord, these intimate concerts feature traditional Norwegian tunes performed by local musicians, who also share fascinating stories about folklore, cultural traditions, and the history of the instruments. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of Norway’s musical heritage.
During the concert, you’re welcome to order local food and drinks or pair the experience with our guided food tasting Taste of the Fjord before or after the music experience. This 3-course tasting includes locally made cheeses, meats, jams, and other seasonal treats from the fjord region, followed by a traditional Norwegian stew, lapskaus, and a homemade dessert. This place is a little paradise that we highly recommend to all visitors to Flam. On site, you have a farm with the opportunity to see pigs and goats, a shop with local products, a bar/café and a small concert hall. For our part, we came to attend a concert of Norwegian music presented by the group Bare Folk. They are extraordinary!! We had a great evening with them! Food and drinks were very good. Thank you very much!
